The Teltonika RUT976 is an industrial-grade 5G RedCap router built on standalone (SA) architecture, offering a highly efficient midpoint between LTE and full-scale 5G performance. Designed for professional deployments, it supports low-latency 5G connectivity at a cost-effective price point and can wirelessly connect up to 100 end devices. When 5G coverage is limited, the RUT976 automatically falls back to reliable 4G LTE Cat 4.

Engineered for robust network resilience, the router features dual SIM slots with auto-failover, along with integrated Wi-Fi and GNSS. It also provides extensive industrial interface support, including four 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports, RS232, RS485, multiple digital/analog I/Os, and more, making it a powerful and flexible solution for mission-critical IoT and professional networking applications.

Teltonika RUT976 is compatible with Remote Management System (RMS) which is a comprehensive, user-friendly IoT platform designed to simplify the monitoring, control, and security of connected network devices. RMS provides centralized remote access, configuration, and management for both Teltonika Networks hardware and supported third-party devices, making it an ideal solution for scalable industrial, commercial, and enterprise deployments.

• 5G RedCap (Sub-6 GHz): Provides up to 223 Mbps downlink and 123 Mbps uplink. 
• 4G LTE Backward Compatibility: Falls back to LTE Cat 4 (195 Mbps DL / 105 Mbps UL) when 5G coverage is limited. 
• Dual SIM with Auto-Failover: Supports two physical SIM cards (and even eSIM), switching seamlessly in case of weak signal, roaming, network loss, or other failover scenarios.
• Wi-Fi 4 (802.11 b/g/n): Acts as an access point, supporting up to 100 simultaneous Wi-Fi clients via a stable 2.4 GHz connection.
• Industrial Interfaces: Includes 1 WAN + 3 LAN (10/100 Mbps RJ45), RS232 serial, RS485, and multiple digital/analog I/Os for broad integration.

• Industrial-Grade Power & Durability: Operates on a 9–30 V DC power supply and runs in a wide temperature range. 
• GNSS / Location Tracking: Supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS for tracking, with NMEA 0183 output and geofencing capabilities.
• I/O Capabilities: 1 digital dry input, 1 galvanically isolated input, 1 analog input, open-collector output, SPST relay, plus event triggers via SMS, email, or RMS.
• Serial & Modbus Support: RS232 / RS485 ports support Modbus, serial-over-IP, console, and gateway modes, enabling integration with legacy industrial devices.
• USB 2.0 Port: For external storage, serial adapters, or use as a Samba server.
