Semtech Airlink (Formerly Sierra Wireless) XR80 5G High-Performance Multi-Network Vehicle Router for Transit, Rail and First Responder Fleets
The supercharged Semtech AirLink XR80 router is optimized for fixed and mobile applications. The dual 5G cellular radio options and Wi-Fi 6 support provide flexibility for customized configurations. It maintains complete device-to-cloud security with out-of-band management, and the cartridge-based design enables expansion and upgrade over the long term.
The Semtech Airlink XR80 router is positioned for mission-critical use cases that need to rely on dual cellular with failover in smaller vehicles such as police cars. It is also great for fixed wireless use cases where the 5G radio is used as primary or secondary failover and the Wi-Fi serves up a Wi-Fi access point. Another use case is industrial edge computing applications where Airlink XR80 router processor is leveraged for edge processing.
The Semtech AirLink XR80 5G Router is TAA compliant device for dealing with the DoD, GSA, and IDIQ contracts.
Semtech Airlink (Formerly Sierra Wireless) XR80 Rugged 5G router capable of 4.14 Gbps download and 660 Mbps upload. Semtech Airlink (Formerly Sierra Wireless) XR80 LTE CAT 20 Rugged LTE Cat 20 router capable of 2.0 Gbps download and 210 Mbps upload.
