Telular SX7T-635C also supports voice, fax, and, with a carrier’s approval, circuit switched data connections. Enhanced services are accessible via the RJ-11 FXS ports. These ports emulate a PSTN central office and are compatible with plain old telephone services (POTS phones), analog modems, analog fax machines, PBX analog trunk, caller ID boxes, cable satellite and cable boxes and telephone answering machines.

Telular SX7 series has an extremely powerful and sensitive antenna that out performs any mobile handset currently on the market. This allows the unit to connect to networks in areas a typical mobile handset cannot which extends connectivity to the farthest fringes of the network and into rural areas.
