Return / Refund

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. No returns will be accepted on installed items.

Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days of original delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by wirelessphonegallery.com in shipping.

All solar batteries will be access 5% restocking charges.

No refund or return on used battery/batteries or installed. Contact manufacturer for warranty repair or exchange.

Shipping Policy

Because your order's weight exceeds 250 lbs. OR contains item(s) that exceed size restrictions for standard parcel carriers, this order may be delivered via freight line on a standard 5-day schedule. The freight must be verified with our logistics department and the price may change from that shown on this worksheet. If any change is required, you will receive a call from WFG for verification.

Hazardous Material. Five-day delivery required. Some batteries will have 4-6 business days lead time for shipping.
