At WirelessPhoneGallery.Com customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service, satisfaction, and support. Our friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sales staff is available to assist you.

Returns / Refunds

WirelessPhoneGallery.Com offers a 21-day return policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy below) provided the following guidelines are followed:

  • All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal.
  • All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
  • Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
  • All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a WirelessPhoneGallery.Com Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Must email us for RA number. No phone call for RA.
  • Return package without RA number will be refuse. MUST HAVE RA NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
  • All refused packages will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy

*Refused/Un-Opened Items: subject to 10% restocking fee. Opened Items: subject to 15% restocking fee.

*Telular fixed terminal return will be assess 15% restocking fee regardless of the reason except defective or wrong shipments. Defect will be verify by Telular before we refund you.

**Sorry all sales are final no returns / exchange for Memory cards and Software. All inquiries should be directed to the manufacturer. Fixed Terminals, Signal Amplifiers has 10 days return policy from the day it was received.

**Any refused package by the recipient is subject to 10% restocking fee of the full invoice total plus to and from shipping costs.


Shipping & Billing:

All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 72 business hours from when the order is placed provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Your order will then ship out via the method selected. We do not ship to hotels. For your security all packages leaving our premises are sent signature required upon arrival. Non verifiable orders may considerably delay the shipping of your order as well as us requiring other information in order to have it processed.

WirelessPhoneGallery.Com carrier of choice is US Postal Service and FedEx.

*All orders priced from $19.99 and up are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements) or to a business where the card holder is employed. The alternate business address must be listed with the credit card company. In the event the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business which again must be listed with your credit card company as alternate address and that address must be listed with directory assistance. Please contact us if you want us to ship to different than billing address.

*All orders priced over $1000 are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card and fax authorization with copy of the front of the credit card being used as well as a copy of current photo ID. Please call us at 832-955-1000 for a copy of the authorization letter to be faxed to you or please email us for a copy of the authorization to be sent. Any order over $1000 without this authorization letter will not be ship until the authorization letter is received.


Wrong item shipped

If WirelessPhoneGallery.Com (WPG) shipped you the wrong item, WPG will correct the error at not cost to customer. Provided that the customer must contact WPG via email within 3 days of receiving the package. Email WPG at cs@wirelessphonegallery.com

Lost or Damaged Items

Packages lost or damaged by US Postal Service and FedEx require up to 45 days for a credit to occur. Damage package must be reported with 24 hours of receiving. No exception. Out side damage on the package must be refused.


Payment

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via Google CheckOut or PayPal. Your credit card billing will show "Global Phone Company".


Cancellations

Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped. Shipped means shipping label is generated (email was send to you) and item is packed for delivery.

International Orders
International orders are accepted. Please call or email us for shipping charges before you order. WirelessPhoneGallery.Com is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments.
In the case of all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination and any custom broker fee.
Fees for Canadian Custom and customs brokers services are the charges that can really catch you by surprise. Please be prepared to pay these fees. We will charge your credit card if we are billed for it by FedEx.

State Sales Tax

Items shipped are not subject to the applicable sales tax.


Gift Certificates

To redeem your gift certificate simply enter the gift certificate number at the checkout portion on the order form and apply the amount of the certificate to your order upon check out.
